Exchange Policy for Home Sense Interiors

At Home Sense Interiors, we are committed to ensuring that you love the furniture you purchase from us. If you need to exchange an item, we aim to make the process smooth and straightforward.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the following criteria must be met:

  • The exchange request is initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is in its original condition, unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is provided.

Note: Custom-made, clearance, or final sale items are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact our support team at info@shophomesense,com or call 0321 1681588 with your order details.
  2. Provide photos of the item, including any defects (if applicable), to assist with the review process.
  3. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please:

  • Notify us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Send photos of the damaged/defective item and the packaging for assessment.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or repair free of charge.

4. Exchange Options

You can choose one of the following:

  • Same Product Exchange: Replace the item with an identical product (subject to availability).
  • Different Product Exchange: Select another product. Price differences will be either refunded or charged accordingly.

5. Shipping and Handling

  • For exchanges due to customer preference, return shipping fees may apply.
  • Home Sense Interiors covers shipping costs for exchanges due to damage, defect, or shipping errors.
  • Ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

6. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Custom or made-to-order items.
  • Assembled, used, or altered products.
  • Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”

7. Refund for Price Differences

If the exchanged product is of lesser value, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days.
